What are the charges on delivery?
Unless 'FREE DELIVERY' is specified,a standard express courier charge of only R120 applies to any item delivered anywhere in South Africa.
What if I live in a remote area?
For every remote area not serviced by standard couriers, the provider will deliver via Postnet or PAXI, or to the nearest town to the user that is accessible by the courier company within their normal routes. In these circumstances the provider will be in contact with the user to arrange an alternative address.
What would the condition of my parcel be?
Cerberus will supply all goods to the delivery company in good order and will ensure that goods arrive at the users chosen delivery address in the same good order.
Would I be able to cancel my order?
Cancelled orders on the e-commerce facility will be refunded after deduction of a 10% charge for administration costs. The provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the providers standards. Should the provider exercise this right, the user will receive a full refund with no deductions.
Who would I contact if i'm not happy with the quality of the product?
Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to the manager via email: email@example.com
If your product is still under the stipulated warranty,our suppliers will carry out the warranty.However the warranty of any item does not include negligence,wear and torn,and acts of God.Our suppliers use their sole discretion to determine the product status.
We charge a R120 handing fee for our couriers to pick up the repair item and deliver it back to you once it's repaired.Your repaired product will only be couriered back to you,once we receive this amount
If on receiving your order you are not delighted with your purchase, let our customer service team know within 7 days and we will gladly provide you with a refund provided the item is in its original condition and original packaging with tags not removed etc.
What if my product is damaged?
If you have used a product and found it to be damaged or faulty we will either replace, refund or repair the item, depending on the circumstance.
Although seldom charged we reserve the right to charge a 10% administration fee for returned orders should the returns process incur significant administration expenses.
Where is my order?
Our delivery policy states delivery within 24-48 Hours, and we will move the earth to deliver it as you are able to track the status of your order using the tracking ID sent to you. If you have any concerns, please do not hesitate to contact Customer Service. Remember, you will receive an email from us to tell you that your order is on it way, and receive a tracking number so that you can follow it's progress.
Can I exchange the product?
Products can be exchanged for a different size or colour of the same product, provided that the preferred size or colour is available. This option is available within 7 days.
It's important that any unwanted product, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We'd expect this to mean that you've kept all original packaging and labels, and that the product is undamaged and unused.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or an exchange if products are returned damaged, or not in a saleable condition.
All returns requires you to include the invoice provided.
We are a retail & online retailer and deliver nationwide. We allow order collections from store in Randburg, JHB.
You are required to leave a telephone or moblie number for us to contact you during delivery hours.
All orders are sent packaged in boxes or flyerbags, with no indication as to the contents what so ever.
